VICLD-2022

In an effort to address gaps and reverse the trends in liver cancer in Viet Nam, we are organizing the inaugural 2022 scientific conference, “HBV, HCV, HDV, and Liver Cancer in Viet Nam: Current Status and Future Directions”  with the following primary objectives: 

  1. To promote elimination initiatives in viral hepatitis, the etiologic determinant of liver cancer in Viet Nam;
  2. To provide a platform to enhance research collaborations between clinicians and researchers in the fields of viral hepatitis and liver cancer, and 
  3. To leverage evidence-based research data to design interventional programs addressing the significant and rising liver cancer disease burden caused by viral hepatitis in Vietnam.

VICGB-2023

Genome, all genetic information of a virus or an organism, is the key for understanding our biological world and solving biological related problems. For the last decades, with the development of next generation sequencing technologies, the field of Genomics research has made great progress, aided by the development of Bioinformatics tools for the analysis of the enormous and robust data generated by the sequencer. Along with this development comes its multifaceted application to Medicine, Agriculture, Industry, and the environment.

The primary goals of the conference are:

  1. To promote genome research in Vietnam
  2. To provide a platform for enhancing research collaborations
  3. To leverage genome-based research data to address a wide range of problems from agriculture, environment to medicine in Vietnam as well as abroad.
